About Elicit
GeoSpy ↗
An AI visual geolocation tool by Graylark Technologies that estimates where a photo was taken using only pixel content—architecture, vegetation, signage, light—without relying on EXIF/GPS metadata. Launched December 2023; renamed Raven in April 2026 and expanded into a visual intelligence platform for law enforcement, government, and enterprise (street-level targeting, vehicle ID, AI-image detection). Consumer access via geospys.com: Street View game is free; photo analysis requires a subscription ($7.99/week or $29.99/year, max 20 analyses per 5 hours). iOS app and Chrome extension available. Note: accuracy is best for popular landmarks/cities; precise coordinates are often wrong, and low-context images may fail. Significant privacy concerns: LA Police and Miami-Dade Sheriff have purchased access, and reporting shows Raven can match indoor photos to specific rental properties. Consumer-tier availability may change as the product pivots to enterprise/law enforcement.
